Draw your first stroke. Choose a brush. Give your lines some life.
Import PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF. Images fit inside the canvas. Animated GIFs import as a still image.
A new layer lets you move, hide or animate the image separately. It appears in the current frame.
A stamp is a small shape or image you can paint with. For example, turn a drawn star into a stamp, then click to place one star or drag to paint a trail of stars.
Creating a stamp captures a still image, without its animation. Save movement separately with Save motion preset. Custom stamp images fit inside 128 × 128 pixels. A project holds 24 custom images; a library holds 30 stamp and 30 motion presets. Export a backup to keep or share. Use marks you own or have permission to share.
Keep this stamp image, colour, size and other brush settings as your own preset. The original stays unchanged.
Import a pack once. All its brushes appear in Brush in Draw, and its motions appear in Motion preset in Motion. Choose one to use it. Images are included automatically when needed; there is no separate add-to-project step.
Save stamp preset keeps the stamp image and settings shown below, even when a normal pen is selected. Save motion preset keeps the current movement setup. Export library backs up all your saved presets.
Tick presets to remove them together. Removing presets does not remove images or marks from saved drawings. Earlier presets have no recorded origin. Reimporting their pack moves matching entries into Imported without adding duplicates.
Up to three recent local snapshots. Save a project file for a lasting backup.
See neighbouring drawing frames while you work. Earlier frames are pink; later frames are blue.
Closer frames are stronger when fading is on. Wrap optionally joins the end to the beginning. Active layer helps keep backgrounds out of your guides. These guides are hidden during playback and never exported.
Changes apply as you pick. Keep drawing!
Changes the paper across every frame. Marks keep their size, layers and motion. Artwork beyond the edge stays in the project, so you can reveal it again by enlarging the paper. Undo restores the previous page.
Save your current project first if you want to keep it.
Pixel art canvases use real canvas pixels, crisp edges and a 1 px pen. Motion moves through whole pixels. Existing drawings stay unchanged.
Export your drawing.
Block sizes are measured on your original canvas. Export size enlarges or shrinks the finished image.
GIF uses 256 colours. PNG keeps full colour and soft transparency.
A longer hold keeps this drawing on screen while its lines keep wiggling.
Changing the number edits the current frame. The button copies this hold to every existing frame. Undo restores the previous timings. Timeline fps already applies to every frame.
Changes the workspace colours only. Your drawing and exported colours stay the same.
Draw freely. Wiggle new marks adds movement after you finish a stroke; turn it off in Draw for steady ink. Add frames for movement; duplicate a frame to build on it. Layers exist across all frames, with separate drawings in each.
On drawing canvases, switch between Smooth and Pixel above the canvas. Pixel size changes the block size without changing your strokes. For pixel art, choose a Pixel art canvas in New: draw directly with a 1 px pen, zoom up to 4000%, and export crisp pixels. Pixel art canvases keep a fixed 1 px grid. The shapes button opens the extra shapes; Filled shape applies to new shapes.
The Move tool moves selected pixels when there is a selection, or the whole active layer when there is none. Paste returns artwork to its original position. Hold Shift to move in one direction. Fill can use the active layer or all visible artwork as a boundary. Erasing affects only the active layer. Use the layer lock to protect your work. Layer motion also moves imported images.
Stamp brush: J. Rectangle selection: U. Lasso: K. Copy/cut/paste selection: Ctrl C / X / V. Motion, shading and recovery live in the inspector tabs.
Motion study: the pendulum sways from its top pivot, the hatched ribbon ripples and a loose pencil line flutters. A soft shadow breathes twice per swing. Select Pendulum in Layers, open Motion, choose Edit active layer settings, then drag the pivot cross or use Place pivot on canvas. Preview it, then Apply to layer to keep the change.
Shading study: toggle the five named layers to explore the cast shadow, pencil base, stipple, hatching and highlight. Clipped shading follows the gently moving ball. Try Smooth and Pixel.
